Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order item, you are reserving a piece from an upcoming ccorseo collection. Full payment is collected at the time of purchase.

Pre-order items ship within 2 weeks of your order date. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves our studio.

If your order cannot be dispatched within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
